Your right to cancel (14 days)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

30-day returns

In addition, we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be returned complete and in a resaleable condition, in their original packaging.

How to return

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

Damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us straight away and we'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
